Joop has a passion for innovation. He is full of ideas and solutions with which he prefers to inspire and enthuse others. After working as an architect for almost 20 years, he founded Phidias in 2012. “I want to provide unconventional solutions, break down entrenched ideas, and achieve results. I love turning companies upside down by reorganizing them. Solving problems gives a kick, I really enjoy that. I’m not afraid of tight budgets. What we do doesn’t have to cost much to deliver a lot of value. Phidias wants to work towards a world where everyone loves to be.”
