Stichting Expats and Locals Limburg does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods:
- Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe.
- Event registrations: Up to a maximum of 2 years after the event for evaluation and community statistics, unless you express a desire to continue your registration in the community network.
- Contact forms: A maximum of 1 year after the last correspondence to address any follow-up inquiries.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a statutory obligation.
